By submitting a deposit, the Booking Party acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions stated within this Agreement.

A Texas marriage license is required for us to legally marry you in Texas. Once issued, the license is valid for 90 days.

1. Deposits & Payments
• A deposit is required to secure any booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
• If the Booking Party cancels within 60 business days prior to the scheduled ceremony, no refunds will be issued.
• If payments have been made in full, only a partial refund may be issued in the event of cancellation (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

2. Death Clause
• In the unfortunate event of the death of the Bride, Groom, a bridal party member, or a groomsman, KJ Bridal & Co. will provide a full refund excluding the deposit within 60 business days of written notice.
• Written documentation and/or proof may be required.
• Policies regarding this clause are subject to change based on circumstances.

3. Military Deployment Clause
• In the event that either the Bride or Groom is required to deploy, KJ Bridal & Co. will:
– Offer to reschedule the event upon receiving written correspondence, OR
– Allow cancellation of services.
• A refund of all payments excluding the deposit will be issued within 60 business days after written proof of deployment is provided.
• Documentation may be required and terms are subject to change.

4. Changes to Bookings
• Any changes must be provided in writing by the Booking Party.
• KJ Bridal & Co. is not responsible for last-minute changes that impact the ceremony or event.

5. Timeliness & Overage Fees
• Services are scheduled for a specific time agreed at booking.
• Any service that extends more than 30 minutes past the scheduled start time may incur a $50 overage fee.

6. Vendors & Third-Party Services
• KJ Bridal & Co. is not liable for damages or incomplete services caused by vendors.
• KJ Bridal & Co. is not responsible for vendor performance, delays, cancellations, or policies.
• The Booking Party is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all vendor terms and contracts.

7. Guests, Pets & Weather
• KJ Bridal & Co. is not responsible or liable for disruptions or damages caused by guests, pets, or weather.
• If canceling or rescheduling due to weather, KJ Bridal & Co. will make every effort to assist in securing another available date.
• KJ Bridal & Co. does not overbook and will provide the first available date for rescheduling.

8. Liability
• KJ Bridal & Co. shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, or incomplete services due to third parties, weather, guests, pets, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

•Travel & Driving Conditions KJ Bridal will not allow our staff to drive in/during inclement weather. Safety will always be our first priority. In the need to reschedule the ceremony, KJ Bridal will provide the next available date option. If the wedding party decides to cancel instead of rescheduling their ceremony, no refund will be issued. KJ Bridal will send out an email with the first notice of inclement weather. Please note: KJ Bridal will make ever effort possible to conduct the scheduled ceremony.

9. Event Planning & Coordination Services
• Services included are based on the package selected at the time of booking.
• KJ Bridal & Co. will communicate with vendors and assist with timelines to the best of our ability. (Please note, this is only included in specific packages and add-ons).
• The Booking Party must provide accurate event details and updates in writing.
• Additional services outside the agreed package may require additional fees, which will be communicated and approved prior to service.
